These are 2 day courses focused on helping you improve at trad, there is a pre course group zoom call, or in person meeting if possible. To discuss a little theory before we meet up on the rock.

The aim of this course is
- To help you gain a better understanding of gear placement
-Learn to make better, quicker decisions

- Understand how to manage fear and frustration, as well as develop practice to allow you to take control

- Focus, train and practice focus, 

- as well as route reading, gear selection better on sighting tactics

- how to project to learn skill and learn what's possible

- Lastly, Falling, practicing and choosing when to fall or what other escape options are available.
